About the Raffle
The Kirkland Lions Club 50/50 Raffle is one of the most popular events of the festival. Half the pot goes to the winner — the other half supports Lions Club charitable programs including vision and hearing services, local food pantries, scholarships, and much more.

How to Enter
Purchase raffle tickets from any Kirkland Lions Club member at the festival. Tickets on sale throughout the weekend.

Official Raffle Rules
- Ticket must be legible.
- Winner must complete an IRS W-2G Form; taxes will be withheld from winnings.
- Winner must provide a photo ID.
- Prize money will be dispersed within 30 days of the drawing.
- If the winner does not respond within 5 days of our contact attempts, the Kirkland Lions Club reserves the right to draw another winner.
- The raffle chairman reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the ticketing process.
- The Kirkland Lions Club 50/50 Raffle complies with the DeKalb County Raffle & Poker Run Ordinance and all applicable IRS rules.
